Hand in Hand
Gallery in Flat Rock, NC, Features Exhibit Focused on the Chair
Hand in Hand Gallery in Flat Rock, NC, will present the exhibit, The Chair Show-Furniture and More, featuring works by invited artists working in a wide range of mediums, on view from Oct. 9 through Nov. 29, 2009.
Plenty of handmade chairs will be on display and for sale, but this exhibition will include chair imagery in many mediums, including wood and metal furniture as well as photography, paintings, collage, assemblages, ceramics, fiber and jewelry.
Featured artists include: Tom Donahey, Arch Gregory, Cynthia Wynn, Del Holt, Michael Gilboy, Kevin Felderhoff, Joseph Ransmeier, Katherine McIver, Derek Hennigar, Jack Hastings, Jane Voorhees, Susan Stanton, Katheryn Rileigh, Isabel Taylor, Henry Mitchell, Julius Pratt, Sukie Pratt, Charlie Patricolo, David Scott, Mona Groban, John Britt, Sheree Sorrells, Laura Dahl, Pegi Pike, Forrest Hogstad, Ronno Cooke, LaRue Downing, and Courtney Tomchik.
