Maddi's Gallery Opens on East Boulevard in Charlotte, NC

Maddi's Gallery, a shop specializing in American fine craft, has opened at 1530 East Boulevard in Charlotte, NC. Maddi's features a wide spectrum of handmade craft including glass, ceramics, metal and fiber. The Gallery offers the largest selection of fine craft in the Charlotte area, with more than one hundred sixty nationally known artists showing both decorative and functional craft.

Maddi's Gallery also features a wide selection of hand-made jewelry as well as folk art from southern artists. The Gallery is owned by Diane and Madis Sulg of Charlotte, who are long-time collectors of both fine craft and folk art. Diane Sulg is the founding executive director of Quad City Arts, a bi-state arts agency in Iowa and Illinois and she also directed several mid-west arts festivals.
