RedSky Gallery in Charlotte, NC, Offers Works by Ed Byers & Holden McCurry

Ed Byers & Holden McCurry

RedSky Gallery in the Dilworth area of Charlotte, NC, will present the exhibit, Form & Figure: A Spiritual Journey, featuring works by Ed Byers and Holden McCurry, on view from Mar. 12 through May 2010. The exhibit proudly presents collaborative and individual clay sculptures by Asheville, NC, artists Ed Byers and Holden McCurry.

Holden McCurry

Ceramic artist Holden McCurry combines both terra-stone and white clays with custom-tinted glazes to create distinctive functional and sculptural forms. The richly colored textural surfaces enhance their creations inspired by human and architectural forms.

Ed Byers

Ed Byers has developed an intense interest in figurative sculpture. He uses earthenware clay and strives to make narrative representations with a unique human story - usually a story of peace and hope - helping to connect to others.

RedSky Gallery features original works on paper and canvas, sculpture, ceramic, glass, studio furniture, art-to-wear, jewelry, and more. Over 500 regional and national artists are represented at three gallery locations in Dilworth, Blakeney Town Centre in South Charlotte and the EpiCentre in Uptown.

Ginger Wagoner

RedSky Gallery will also present the exhibit, Ginger Wagoner: A Photographic Exhibition, on view from Mar. 12 through May 4, 2010.
