Merrill-Jennings Galleries in Davidson, NC, Features Works by Jayne Braxton

Merrill-Jennings Galleries, in Davidson, NC, will host a one-woman show for local artist Jayne Braxton. Where Real Meets Abstract will be on view from Apr. 7 - 30.

Originally from GA, Braxton has exhibited in the Syracuse, NY area and widely throughout NC. She is a member of the Watercolor Society of NC, The Charlotte Art League, and Associated Artists of Winston-Salem.

Specializing in expressionist florals, landscapes, and abstracts, her unique mixed media style boldly conveys her ever-changing vision. Braxton's emotional approach to painting - texture, color, line - is always a dramatic balance between real and abstract.
