Green Rice Gallery
in Charlotte, NC, Offers Exhibit of Concert Posters
Green Rice Gallery in Charlotte, NC, will present the exhibit, POSTGIG, featuring a compilation of music posters, on view from Apr. 17 - 27, 2009.
The exhibit is a compilation
of music posters and highlights the role of art and design in
the music scene. The show features works and original concert
posters by Modern Dog, Aesthetic Apparatus, Hammerpress, Patent
Pending, The Small Stakes and many more. It is curated by Clifford
Stoltze, founder of Stoltze Design in Boston, MA, and compliments
the recent launch of his book, 1000 Music Graphics.
The show was a huge success in Boston and is making a stop here
in Charlotte as it travels to different cities drawing a diverse
audience.
