Sassafras Southern Bistro in Greenville, SC, Features Nature Photographs
Seasons of Nature, a collaborative display of nature photographs coupled with fine dining, will be showing through July 31 at downtown Greenville, SC's Sassafras Southern Bistro. The one-of-a-kind display will feature works Carolina nature photographers Ben Geer Keys, Bill Robertson and Joe Cronan.
Presented by Gabriele and Company, the show will focus on the fine art printmaking of the artists' photographs, while taking full advantage of the culinary surroundings of the restaurant.
"Our approach to art in a restaurant is very different than others," said Marguerite Gabriele, owner of Greenville, SC-based Gabriele & Company, which specializes in the marketing of fine art. "Presentation is key to both culinary arts and fine arts. Combine the two of such magnitude and it creates quite a dramatic display."
The showing is also hosted by Dwayne Christen, owner of Sassafras Southern Bistro, and Greenville's Digital Solutions Ink, Inc., which specializes in the fine art of IRIS© giclee printmaking.
