Touchstone Gallery in Hendersonville, NC Features New Art for the Summer

Coming in from all the compass points...fresh work and new artists...highlight offerings now on display at Touchstone Gallery in Hendersonville, NC.

The gallery is pleased to debut paintings by Chase Brock of Hendersonville. We know many of you have been following Brock's theater career in New York City.. .now he has sent examples of his latest endeavors in two dimension art.The images are very contemporary and brightly hued - basically visual journals of his inner musings while he explores life in the Big Apple!

Another new gallery member is Jeri Gale of Savannah, GA. Touchstone is pleased to introduce her whimsical papier maché creations to western NC. As Gale explains, "with my fiftieth birthday looming, my inner artist stomped her feet and demanded to be given expression." The result...papier maché (with a giggle).

Jan Carson of Fort Collins, CO, is now represented in Hendersonville at Touchstone Gallery. Her "Moon-Lily" mobiles are now featured. More than stylized representations of flowers and trees, these mobiles are expressions of the beauty, balance and interconnection within nature.

In addition, gallery regulars Polly Holt, Richard Olson, Henry Mitchell And Sylivia Campbell have recently delivered new works to the gallery.

Touchstone Gallery is pleased to announce that we will be representing Maxine Linney. The first display of her mixed media non-objective images will be featured starting June 2002.
