Arabesque in Charleston, SC, Features Works by Stan Nimmons

.Arabesque in Charleston, SC, will present the exhibition, Magic Moments, featuring an exhibition of new bronze sculptures and paintings by Stan Nimmons from June 4 through July 30, 2004.

As you view these works you may feel your eyes twitch as if looking into a magic eye to view the moment. Nimmons came to Charleston in 1973 and acquired a BFA in sculpture from the College of Charleston. He presently works from his studio where he has a foundry and pours his own bronzes.

Nimmons is one of the founders of the Lowcountry Sculptors Guild and a member of the National Sculpture Society. He has many pieces of art in public and private collections throughout the country. He has taught art publicly and privately for the last 28 years.
