Ambleside Gallery in Greensboro, NC, Features Works by Members of the Watercolor Society of North Carolina

Ambleside Gallery in downtown Greensboro, NC will present an exhibit of works by members of the Watercolor Society of North Carolina, on view from Aug. 1 - 26, 2009. 

The Watercolor Society of North Carolina is a professional non-profit art organization. The purpose of WSNC is to promote watercolor throughout the state. It hosts statewide as well as regional exhibitions, conducts workshops by nationally recognized artists and supports arts education in NC public schools. Many of its members are nationally and internationally recognized artists whose works have won prizes and honors in prestigious exhibitions throughout North America.

Participating artists in this exhibit include: John Anderson, Frances Baker, Ashley Bell, Brenda Behr; Sue Moser Boggs, Jane Carter, Linda Dallas, Maggie Fickett, Vicki Johnson, Sally Lambrecht, Alexis Lavine, Mary Luke, Carol Moates, William Ward Mosley, Kathryn Newell, Juanita Patrum, Ellen Paterson, Richard Phillips, Barbara Rohde, June Rollins, Helen Shaw and Kathryn Troxler.

Ambleside Gallery offers the work of approximately 30 artists working in all media from as near as Greensboro and as far away as China.
