Tryon Fine Arts Center in Tryon, NC, Features Works by Marybeth Trunk

Tryon Painters & Sculpters will present an exhibit entitled, Color it Chromatic, featuring works by SC artist, Marybeth Trunk, in Gallery Too, at the Tryon Fine Arts Center in Tryon, NC. The exhibit is on view Sept. 8 - Oct. 6, 2007.

Trunk studied at several Michigan Universities and exhibited with multiple Michigan art associations prior to becoming a South Carolina resident and affiliating with TP&S. Trunk's paintings, in a variety of mediums, are about color and mood in landscapes and still life subjects.

"I enjoy interpreting my surroundings in watercolor, oil or acrylic and the visual energy it creates for me," said Trunk. Her works are in many private collections from Michigan to the Carolinas.
