Politiclay at Odyssey Gallery in Asheville, NC

The Odyssey Gallery in Asheville, NC, will present an exhibition entitled, Politiclay: Social Comments in Contemporary Clay, which will be on view through Dec. 8, 2000.
The Nov. election season will be rich with social commentary and social concerns represented by contemporary ceramic art. The exhibit is humorous, challenging and sometimes complex.
The exhibition will include works by Cynthia Consentino, Rusty Biles, Kathy King, George Bowes, Garth Johnson, Carol Gentithis, Michael Corney, Mark Burleson, Nancy Herman, Paul Frehe, and Heinz Kossler.
The Odyssey Gallery will offer a gallery talk on Nov. 28, at 6pm, by Mark Burleson, Odyssey Center Director.
