and sculpture. Works by artists such as Rhett Thurman, Nancy Bush,
Joan Potter, William Berra, Ted Ellis, Malcolm Hughes, Glenna
Goodacre and many more will be gracing the walls of the gallery.
The timing of this show before the holidays provides the collector
an opportunity to find the perfect gifts for the right individuals.
Paintings and sculpture by national artists
of note are displayed throughout the two
stories of gallery's space, located in the heart of the famous
antique district. Wander the street of the newest gallery row
and visit The Sylvan Gallery with works depicting locations all
over the world.
The gallery focuses on 20th and 21st century
representational art. Since opening in late 2002, they have shown
that diversity promotes success. Depicting more than just Charleston's
lovely scenery, artists living
throughout the nation, provide a glimpse into the universality
of the nature and the human experience.
