Gallery 115 in Greensboro, NC, Presents Annual Exhibition

The December Show,
the annual exhibition of the season at Gallery 115 in Greensboro,
NC, will be on view through Mar. 1, 2008. The exhibit features
stoneware pottery by Charlie Tefft and L.T. Hoisington; enameled
vessels and filigree jewelry by Luba Warrack; copper patina wall
pieces and metal sculpture by Jake DeCola; pen and ink drawings
by Barry Phillips; hand-stitched collages of painted and dyed
silk organza with underlayers of linen and silk by Carolyn Nelson;
graphite and charcoal drawings and mixed media from Will South;
linocut prints by Maryanna Williams; paper, silver, pearl jewelry
by New York artist Kiwon Wang; and oil paintings by Salt Lake
City artist Marty Stenerson.
There are also new holiday offerings in the gallery shop@115,
a unique and growing retail space that is a continuation of the
Gallery 115 experience. The gallery shop@115 features finely
crafted, passionately realized art jewelry and imaginatively designed
home accoutrements from nationally recognized artists and designers.
New work includes the jewelry of Greensboro's Marcia Macdonald,
as well as a dozen other jewelers from across the country. Also
limited edition calendars, notecards and artist's books; tapestry
and woven scarves; blown and fused glass; handcrafted fine wood
serving trays and turned vessels; and "gift sized" framed
artwork.
