As a professional organization, the goal of the National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts is to stimulate, promote and improve education in the ceramic arts. NCECA provides forums for the exchange of ideas and information about ceramics. The Clay National Exhibition and the Annual Conference are only two educational services in which the organization attempts to accomplish its goals.
