Michael McDunn Gallery in Greenville, NC, Shows Photos by Evelyn M. Angeletti
The Michael McDunn Gallery in Greenville, SC, is featuring an exhibit of photographs by Evelyn M. Angeletti entitled, Prospecting for Light: Images of Alaska and the Yukon. The exhibit will be on view through Mar. 25.
In this exhibit, Angeletti depicts the ever-changing light of Alaska and the Yukon. The artist describes herself as a miner for elusive color, "not gold below, but light above."
A Greenville attorney as well as professional photographer, Angeletti has traveled extensively throughout the US and abroad, with her camera as a constant companion. Her body of work includes images from New Zealand, Costa Rica, Korea, Hong Kong, Kenya, Italy and Iceland. A member of the American Society of Media Professionals, Angeletti has shown her photography in a myriad of Southeast venues over the past 15 years.
