Asheville Area Arts Council in Asheville, NC, Exhibits Work of Marie Hudson
The Arts Council Gallery in Asheville, NC, will feature the paintings of local artist, Marie Hudson, in a unique show on view from Apr. 1 - 28. Hudson's paintings reflect a personal perception of life, relationships, conditions, alienation and isolation. Her paintings develop from accumulated experiences and observations.
Hudson attended Warren Wilson College, 1979 until 1982, studying drawing and painting. She did graduate level painting at The Independent Study of Art Research Studios, from 1984 until 1989. Her work is in many private and corporate collections.
