DELIVERY of entries to The Mall at Shelter Cove, Hilton Head Island.
Artists must be members of the SCWS, or guest members, to enter;
however, new memberships will be taken at the door.

ART MARKET at The Mall at Shelter Cove, Hilton Head Island. More
than 250 original watercolor paintings on display and for sale,
providing the public access to a wide range of work in various
styles and techniques. Event open to the public, free of charge.
Sat. Apr. 21, Noon-2pm
BOOK SIGNING & MEET THE JUROR at Barnes & Noble, Festival
Center, Hilton Head Island. A program to meet the juror, view
a display of his works, review coffee table and "how-to"
technical books that feature his work, or just chat about current
developments in the art world. Open to the public, free of charge.
Mon. Apr. 23 Fri. Apr. 27, 9am-4:30pm.
WATERMEDIA WORKSHOP by the juror, Michael Schlicting, AWS, at
the Greene Street Art Center in Beaufort. Reservations required.

Tue., Apr. 24, 5-7pm.
GALLEY WALK and RECEPTION for the juror in Beaufort. Visit numerous
galleries in the Historic District featuring special exhibits
as well as a reception, book signing, and display of works by
the juror at the Firehouse Book Store, 706 Craven St. Event is
open to the public, free of charge. Galleries include: Art &
Soul, Bay St. Gallery, Charles Street Gallery, Firehouse Book
Store, Gloria Dalvini Studio-Gallery, Rhett Gallery, Shipman Gallery,
The Silver Acorn, and The Gallery.

MOONSHELL GALLERY RECEPTION, 37 New Orleans Rd., Hilton Head Island.
Opening exhibit and reception for artists, Martha Kornahrens and
Joyce Thompson. Open to the public, free of charge.

SCWS PRESIDENTS DUTCH TREAT DINNER at the Country Club of Hilton
Head, Hilton Head Plantation. Reservations required: $25. Contact:

WATERCOLOR DEMONSTRATION at Moonshell Gallery, 37 New Orleans
Rd., Hilton Head. The program features a watercolor painting demonstration
by Martha Kornahrens, a SCWS member from Charleston, and a slide
lecture by Joyce Thompson. Open to the public, free of charge.
