UNC Asheville in Asheville, NC, Features Works by Katie Rozycki
Dim Sum: A Sampling of Life in Asia, an exhibition featuring 23 digital photographs by
UNC Asheville senior Katie Rozycki, will be on view through Apr.
18, 2007, at UNC Asheville's Ramsey Library Third Floor Gallery.
Rozycki, a mass communication major, was the first UNC Asheville
student to participate in a direct exchange with the City University
of Hong Kong. She studied advertising, international news and
intercultural communication during the fall 2006 semester. Rozycki's
study abroad was funded by a $5,000 Freeman Award for Study in
Asia from The Institute of International Education. This grant
enabled her to pursue projects encouraging other students to choose
Asia as a study abroad destination.
