The Fontaine Gallery in Columbia, SC, is Growing with New Artists
"Since opening Aug. 2000, the goal for The Fontaine Gallery has been to represent fine, upscale art by local, state and regional artists," stated owner Sunshine Jenkins. "I am excited to announce the following artists who have recently chosen to join The Fontaine Gallery". The gallery is located in the Vista area of Columbia, SC.
Tom Ogburn, of Bethune, SC, brings to us his
talents in "abstract expressionism". Helen Fried, of
Columbia, expresses her art in "figurative symbolism".
Richard Morgan, also of Columbia, creates images from traditional
to abstract in his "stained glass" pieces.
From Camden, SC, Tony DiLeo's "sculptures" bring a diverse
and refreshing imagery created from wood and stone. Mark Woodward,
of Mt. Pleasant, SC, creates his "limited edition pewter
figures" by hand carving from wood or clay, building the
mold, then casting the form. His figures consist of shells, animals
and human sculpture. Woodward also brings his "whimsical
glazed clay animals".
The Fontaine Gallery welcomes everyone to visit and see the wonderful art created by these and our other fine artists.
