Art Institute of Charlotte in Charlotte, NC, Features Work by Drew Kinney
The Art Institute of Charlotte Gallery's next
exhibit will be Drew Kinney: Entertainment Design. The
exhibit runs May 6-31, 2002.
Drew Kinney is an instructor in the Graphic Design program at
The Art Institute of Charlotte. This exhibit will feature selected
set design drawings, blueprints and elevations developed by Kinney
for movies and TV shows, including Beverly Hills 90210
and American Pie. Art work for developed logos will also
be displayed.
The Art Institute of Charlotte, formerly American Business and Fashion Institute, was established in 1973. It offers associate's degree and certificate programs in Interior Design, Fashion Marketing, Graphic Design, and Multimedia & Web Design. The school is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools, and licensed by the North Carolina Department of Community Colleges and the University of North Carolina Board of Governors. The 675-sq.-ft. gallery hosts rotating shows, changing approximately six times per year.
