Gallery C in Raleigh, NC, Features Works by Henry Isaacs
Gallery C in Raleigh, NC, will present the exhibition, Art in the Garden, featuring works by Henry Isaacs, from June 4 through July 6, 2004.
Isaacs is an internationally recognized artist. Educated at the Rhode Island School of Design, and at the Slade School of Art of the University of London, he has over twenty years teaching experience in art schools in Europe and the US.
Isaacs has been sharing
his love of plein-air painting and drawing for much of that time
in workshops across the country. He has received prestigious awards
for his work including a Pollock-Krasner Foundation grant and
a National Parks Service Residency. His oils and pastels can be
found in numerous institutional and museum collections including
Duke University, Harvard's Fogg Art Museum and The Philadelphia
Museum of Art.
