Chapin Park in Myrtle Beach, SC, Offers Art in the Park - June 16 & 17, 2007
The Waccamaw Arts and Crafts Guild will hold its 35th year of Art in the Park on June 16 and 17, 2007. This will be the second of four shows for this year. The next dates are July 14 and 15, 2007, and Oct. 13 and 14, 2007. The events take place from 9am to 5pm each day.
Art in the Park
features works by over 60 artists from the East Coast and as far
away as Tennessee with about 20 of those artists from our local
area. Typical art will include paintings, woodworking, photography,
jewelry, fabric, glass, metal, pottery and stone.
New this year will be Sat. at 1pm the Castaways will be performing
Shakespear's The Merry Wives of Windsor. On Sun. at noon
the US Air Force's Celtic ensemble will play on top of the gazebo.
