Works by Leigh Ellis
The Blue Diamond Gallery in Greensboro, NC, will present an exhibit of works by Georgia watercolorist Leigh Ellis, on view from Aug. 1 - 30, 2008. Ellis will debut a new release, limited edition giclee print, with the gallery donating 10% of the sales to the North Carolina Wildlife habitat Foundation.
Ellis is a professional painter and instructor of watercolor from Arnoldsville, GA. She began her art career 20 years ago in biological illustration and has illustrated five books for Manasha Ridge Press. As an active member of the Oconee Cultural Arts Foundation and the Georgia Watercolor Society, Ellis has been a juror for the Georgia Junior Duck Stamp Contest for the past 5 years.
