Seven Contemporary Artists Explore Paper at Gallery 80808 in Columbia, SC

Gallery 80808 located in the Vista Studios in Columbia, SC, will present an exhibition of works on paper by a group of seven contemporary SC artists. Papier*Paper*Papyrus will open on Sept. 25 and continue through Oct. 8, 2003. Participating artists are: Lynne Burgess, Richard Conn, Jeff Donovan, Liisa Salosaari Jasinski, Gene Speer, Laura Spong and Mike Williams.
Each of these artists has exhibited their work regionally/nationally and is included in numerous private and public collections. Everybody works also on other surfaces than paper. Papier*Paper*Papyrus presents a multifaceted, dynamic range of works where the combination of paper surface and a variety of mediums are explored from seven, very personalized viewpoints.
