HoFP Gallery in Columbia, SC, to Host Works by Yasharel
HoFP Gallery is pleased to announce the return of Yasharel to Columbia, SC, for a one man show on view from Nov. 9 - 30. Born in a Jewish ghetto in Isfahan, Iran, Yasharel has lived in Provence, France and Colombia, South Americas and he now lives in Atlanta He is a soft-spoken, intelligent artist keenly aware of European artistic traditions who feels an intense admiration for the modern masters.
His twenty-two years exposure to his family's Persian rug business has inspired the lush color sense that is so much a part of Yasharel's heart and soul. He is a colorist of innate sensitivity. Yasharel's artwork contains luminous, vibrant organic shapes. These extraordinary images have a warm, soothing feeling. He is an artist brimming with ideas who paints his own vision, often sketching these ideas hurriedly on the backs of already completed canvases to use as reference. His reputation for landscapes, sunrises and sunsets, colorful clouds, and wonderfully misty atmospheres extends throughout the Southeast.
HoFP Gallery carries a wide selection of Yasharel's work, as
well as in assortment of original works by other mists from around
the world.
