The October 2020 issue of “Carolina Arts” is up on our website at (http://www.carolinaarts.com/1020/1020carolinaarts.html) – all 63 pages of it. That’s 13 more pages than last month’s issue. A lot of the non-profit art venues in North Carolina have reopened.

This month’s cover is a work by Paul Yanko. It’s part of the exhibit, “Perfectly Familiar / Unrecognizably Strange,” featuring works by Enid Williams and Paul Yanko, on view at the Lander University Fine Art Gallery at Lander University in Greenwood, SC. It will be on view from Oct. 13 through Nov. 11, 2020. The exhibition presents recent works on canvas, panel, and paper completed between 2017 and 2020. You can read about the exhibit on Page 16 of this month’s issue.

So download that PDF and dig in – it makes for good reading when you’re ordered to stay at home. And, don’t forget to find a way to thank our advertisers – they make this publication possible. Visiting their websites would be a way to start, you might be surprised what you’ll find there. You might even want to buy something you find there.

And help us spread this issue around by sending this link to your friends.

Don’t forget that the deadline for our November 2020 issue will be October 24 at 5pm. Send us info about what you’re offering our readers, so that those who can and wish to respond can.

Thanks – Tom and Linda Starland
