Artists Guild
Gallery of Greenville Celebrates Second Anniversary with Group
Show in Greenville, NC
The Artists Guild Gallery of Greenville in Greenville, SC, will celebrate its second anniversary with a group exhibit featuring works by the gallery's artists opening on Oct. 2 and continuing on Oct. 31, 2009. The public is invited to explore the inspirations of the gallery members in a presentation entitled Copy Cats, where each artist will recreate a piece of work from one of their favorite artists.
"I am delighted with all of the accomplishments of our Gallery over the past two short years," exclaims President and Founder Laura Buxo. A few of the memorable events include the 7' x 6.5' Greenville City Mural created for the AHA's annual fund raiser; the event for the Greenville Humane Society that drew over 800 people and their pets; and most recently, the Artful Bra exhibit created by the South Carolina Quilters Society to benefit Breast Cancer Research.
This celebration exhibition is a "Thank You" to all of our patrons for their continued support.
