Blue Ridge Arts
Center in Seneca, SC, Presents Annual Juried Exhibition
The Blue Ridge Arts
Center (BRAC) in Seneca, SC, will present the 19th Annual Juried
Exhibition, on view from Jan. 15 through Mar. 10, 2010.
Art to be shown will include a variety of two-dimensional and
three-dimensional pieces created by artists from South Carolina
and adjacent states. Those to be shown at BRAC will be selected
by North Carolina artist and instructor, Karen White Chambers,
a graduate of Western Carolina University, whose work is in various
private collections and galleries in several states.
For the fourth year, BRAC is partnering with the Seneca Woman's
Club to offer an additional venue for artwork not chosen for the
Juried Exhibition at the BRAC gallery. Many of these works
may be seen in the Salon de Refuses exhibit at the Historic
Ballenger House just two blocks away at 212 East South Third Street.
This sister exhibit will open and run simultaneously with the
BRAC Juried Exhibition through March 10, 2010.
