Ella Walton Richardson Fine Art in Charleston, SC, will present an exhibit of works by renowned California artist Craig Nelson, on view from Nov. 1 - 30, 2013. A reception will be held on Nov. 1, from 5-8pm.

This show will be based on England - from pubs to landscapes, throughout winter and summer, country and city. Numerous London scenes will be featured. The gallery has represented Nelson for over 12 years, and he is one of its most prolific artists.

Overall, Nelson’s subjects span from New York City and throughout Europe. His masterful technique shines through as he provides a mix of landscapes, cityscapes and figurative works. Nelson is also head of the Visual Arts Department at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and leads workshops around the globe.

During his feature show, Nelson will be participating in the Charleston Fine Art Dealers’ Association’s Fine Art Annual weekend, with a show opening and reception on Friday, Nov. 1, from 5-8pm, followed by Painting in the Park the next morning on Saturday, Nov. 2.
