Furman University
in Greenville, SC, Offers Works by Matthew Willemsen
Furman University in
Greenville, SC, is presenting the exhibit, Signified Matrix,
featuring works by Matthew Willemsen, on view through Dec. 18,
2009. The exhibit, in which the artist explores "visual communication"
and branding, features digital prints.
Willemsen is currently an assistant professor of art and graphic
design at Minnesota State University-Mankato. He attended the
University of Iowa for his undergraduate and graduate studies
in art with an emphasis in graphic design. He is the recipient
of several grants that support his work, both as a professor and
graphic designer.
