HoFP Gallery in Columbia, SC, Offers Trenholm Artists Guild’s Annual Show

The Trenholm Artists Guild is once again working with the HoFP Gallery, in Columbia, SC, to present its 33rd Annual Juried Show, on view from Mar. 25 through Apr. 4, 2014. A reception will be held on Mar. 28, from 6-8pm.

This prestigious event features many of the Midland’s best artists. This year the entries are divided into three categories; Paintings/drawings/two-dimensional (all mediums), Photography, and Three-dimensional.

Trenholm Artists Guild, also known as TAG, has a membership of close to 200. The group includes both professional and amateur artists who work in watercolor, oil, acrylic, pastel, drawing, sculpture, photography, fabric, and other creative media. Many TAG members work full-time in the field of art as art teachers, graphic artists, or professional artists.

Established in 1971, TAG is an incorporated, non-profit organization located in Columbia.  It is designated an IRS 501 (c) (3) organization.

TAG was created to encourage and stimulate the practice and appreciation of the creative arts among the people living in the greater Columbia area of South Carolina. To achieve this goal, TAG works cooperatively with other groups to help build audiences and participation in the arts.
