ArtSource Fine Art in Raleigh, NC, Offers Works by Anne Cunningham

ArtSource Fine Art in Raleigh, NC, will present Beach House on the Moon, featuring works by Anne Cunningham, from Apr. 11 through May 2, 2014. A reception will be held on Apr. 4, from 7-9pm.

The show, titled “Beach House on the Moon,” will be given in memory of her late son, Chad Cunningham. A portion of the proceeds from the opening will be donated to the ALS Foundation to further research this consuming disease. Cunningham’s mixed media, metal pieces will illuminate the hope and radiance she expresses in her daily life.

Born and raised in southern Ohio, Cunningham now resides in Wilmington, NC, where she enjoys experimenting with various metals of copper, aluminum and brass. Using various dyes, inks, chemicals and more, Cunningham notes that she has been creating for over 10 years now, but feels as if she has just started the exploration of her medium.
