Trident Technical College Offers Exhibit at Palmer Campus in Charleston, SC
Trident Technical College is presenting Historic, featuring works by students from the Visual Arts Department at Trident, on view at the Palmer Commons Gallery, located on the Palmer Campus in downtown Charleston, SC, through May 19, 2014.
The exhibition features new work from students including: Elizabeth Courtenay, Ada Samonte, Lerraine Haak, and Lisa Livingston.
The Palmer Commons Gallery‘s main purpose is to provide Trident Technical College’s Visual Arts students with an opportunity to exhibit their artwork on campus. In addition, the process is intended to emulate and prepare students for a professional gallery experience. Students will be helping to install their own exhibits and working with a gallery director.
The Palmer Commons Gallery (PCG) is located on the second floor of the Palmer Campus in the Library in Room 229. The Gallery is located across from the main desk in the Library and is open to the public during library hours: Mon.-Thur., 7:30am-8pm and Fri., 7:30am-4:30pm. Trident Technical College’s Palmer Campus is conveniently located at 66 Columbus Street in downtown Charleston.
